Shipping policy

In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Personalized and custom orders require an additional 7 business days for production before shipping.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Standard delivery times are 3-7 days.  Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.  We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
